During our Beta period, there are zero platform fees for the first 6 months. After that, we operate on a small commission per booking (starting at 3.5% + transaction fees). There are no monthly subscription fees for the basic provider tier.

Is my child's data safe?

Absolutely. Safety is our #1 pillar. We use bank-grade AES-256 encryption. Furthermore, we strictly adhere to Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We never sell child data to advertisers.

What payment methods do you accept?

For Parents, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and FPS (Faster Payment System). For Providers, payouts are made directly to your registered business bank account on a weekly basis.

Can I cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each provider sets their own cancellation policy (e.g., 24-hour notice), which is clearly displayed before you book. If you cancel within the allowed window, refunds are processed automatically to your Cultiv8 wallet or original payment method.
